We conduct Yoga Sessions on regular basis . Sessions are conducted both online and offline . Yoga for Beginners and Advanced Yoga both are conducted by certified and experienced Yoga Gurus .

We conduct different forms of Yoga such as hatha Yoga , Kundali Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Sivandana Yoga, Kapalbhati Yoga, Power Yoga , Advanced Yoga .

Many concerns are addressed in our Yoga Sessions as we conduct yoga for upper back pain, yoga for neck pain,yoga for knee pain,yoga for tailbone pain,yoga for entire back pain, yoga for neck and shoulder pain, yoga for leg pain,yoga for back pain beginners, yoga for hip pain,yoga for period pain, Yoga for weight loss etc.

 

The special feature about our offerings is we do not conduct a single service / activity / classes . If you are not in need of Yoga Sessions anymore we can replace the Yoga Classes with Dance Classes or Art & Craft Classes or Painting Classes or Fitness Classes or with any other services that we deliver .
